We know there is no place like home. We are committed to delivering the support our clients need to remain living at home and within their community. Whether care is needed for a few hours a day or around the clock, we can provide short-term or ongoing services to support happy, independent living options for our aged care clients.

Home services

We provide support to people of all ages and backgrounds with one-off, short-term and long-term services. We tailor an individual support plan to each client.

Ability support

Promoting independence and individuality is at the core of what we do. This means we listen to you. We provide responsive health and wellness support for people living with disabilities who receive assistance. Our coordinators and support team apply a person-centred approach which considers their individual abilities, circumstances, needs and preferences to develop their own unique care plan.

Talented Hands was founded on a simple belief: everyone deserves to be cared for with dignity, no matter their circumstances. Our mission is to bridge the gap in homecare services through the power of volunteerism and charitable giving.

We are a specialized home care broker organization that connects clients with the most suitable care workers. We work closely with organizations across the aged and ability care sectors to provide qualified, experienced, caring support workers to deliver specialized services.

We currently offer limited services, as we are currently rebranding and recruiting charity based workers to assist with our goal of becoming the largest network of volunteer care providers in Canada. We hope to resume full operations after this process is complete, by fall of 2025.
